This only applies to invoices for refills or purchases made through the Wave Connect portal. If you need the invoice for your original SIM card purchase, check where you bought it: if you ordered through Shopify, your invoice is available from Shopify; if you ordered through Amazon, it's available in your Amazon order history. The portal's Transactions page does not contain invoices for those original purchases.
Click the Billing menu option in the left sidebar to access invoice management.
Click Transactions to view and download your tax invoices.
Click on the required transaction.
Click the invoice number to open and download your tax invoice.
Click the Download button to complete the invoice download process.
