Click Execution date field to bring up the calendar popup. 

Check the confirmation checkbox to agree with the plan's terms and conditions.

Select the ICCIDs dropdown to pick specific eSIM cards for activation.

Choose one or multiple cards for this activation request.

You can view the status by clicking the Request icon. 

Click on latest request number to view detailed information and plan details.
