Navigate to the Dashboard Tab and select the cellular details button of modem you wish to add to your Cricket Account.
This will bring up the cellular details page.
Entering the customer APN
To end the custom APN into your modem you will do so on the same Cellular Details page that you accessed above to get your IMEI number. Simply scroll down Cellular Settings. Select Custom under Operator Settings.
This will enable the APN box where you can enter the APN and other information. You can find the correct APN name on our SIM card settings page.
Optionally add an MCC list
You can allow roaming countries by adding an MCC list.
Supported from firmware 7.0.2 on all MAX cellular routers, you can enable or disable data roaming per country using one (or more) mobile country code(s) or MCC.
To enable this feature log on to the router’s web interface and:
click the cellular WAN Details button on the dashboard page.
Scroll down to the cellular settings > bandwidth allowance.
Tick the box to enable data roaming.
Select Allowed countries in the Operator Settings drop-down field.
When adding multiple MCC codes use a space or a carriage return as a separator.
To activate the changes you’ve made, scroll down and click Save and Apply to save your changes.
